Dr. Kishore was born in Proddatur and completed his early education at Kendriya Vidyalayas in New Delhi and Jaisalmer. He pursued his high school at Good Shepherd School, Nandyala and intermediate at Kora Residential College, Nellore. He ranked 18th in the state in EAMCET on his first attempt.
